It?s my gratitude day and I?m grateful for my yoga teacher.? She?s easy-going and always reminds us that there is no such thing as perfection. Every single time I leave her class, all the aches and pains I walked in with have gone. The other day we were doing some twist poses and she kept talking about ?effort and ease.? Making an effort in one area so that another can experience ease. I?ve been thinking about that a lot these past few days, as it relates to life. Making an effort doesn?t have to be stressful and burdensome. It?s okay to slow down as long as you are still moving. Read more at: Friction |
