On Saturday OCTOBER 27, 2007, the TWELFTH annual FETISH & FANTASY HALLOWEEN BALL will take over an ENTIRE HOTEL and ALL its facilities. Named as "ONE OF THE TOP 10 EVENTS IN THE WORLD" by the Travel Channel, "THE MOST ADULT OF THE ADULT (HALLOWEEN) EVENTS IN VEGAS" by the Las Vegas Weekly, and "ONE OF 5 EVENTS TO ATTEND BEFORE YOU DIE" by Maxim Magazine, the 2007 Fetish & Fantasy Halloween Ball will take place at the ALEXIS PARK RESORT, which is located right across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The event takes place from 10pm to 4am (3am if you take into account the end of daylight savings time ((if applicable this year))) on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2007, and will encompass not only the convention center, but all ballrooms, meeting rooms, restaurants and bars, as well as the lobby and the newly renovated roof of the convention center, with it’s breathtaking views of the strip and surrounding areas. Entering our second decade of dramatic, edge of the envelope presentations, the 2007 event will continue to be the LARGEST and most exciting ADULT Halloween event in VEGAS.

As always you can count on unusual and wild, Erotic stage performances, as well as FIRE PERFORMERS, incredible lasers and lights, world class DJ's, a costume contest, vendors, a HUGE DANCE FLOOR, a separate old school dance area, stilt walkers, freaks, monsters, SURPRISES AROUND EVERY CORNER, and you in your naughtiest, scariest, sexiest, and most creative costumes. Dress Code

To gain admittance to the Halloween Ball, you must be dressed in the decreed attire or you will not be allowed to enter. NO discussions, NO refunds. There will no longer be a party pooper fine for looky loos and those who refuse to participate. Acceptable coverings includedevil girl COSTUMES of any type, or FANTASY / FETISH wear such as uniforms, leather, lingerie, latex, rubber, p.v.c., feathers, saran wrap, or anything else you might dream up. Ladies may wear sheer fabrics, and revealing outfits, but NO NUDITY WILL BE ALLOWED. Pasties and liquid latex will no longer be acceptable, due to the wisdom of our elected officials, nor will rubber or other artificial genitalia. The fragile reputation of Las Vegas is at stake after all. Costume weapons of any sort will also not be allowed. To avoid causing any major skirmishes or mobilizations of the "PRUDES FOR THE ELIMINATION OF EROTIC PARTIES" ( PEEPers), PLEASE COVER YOUR NAUGHTY CREATIONS when coming to and from the event. A COAT CHECK will be provided. Several VENDORS, with a selection of masks, leather, and outrageous accessories and toys, will be on hand to help you put the finishing touches on your outfits (or to provide a little something to shock the significant other with).

While the moniker "SIN CITY " has served Las Vegas well, the POLITICALLY CORRECT, MORAL CRUSADERS in local government ( PEEPers as noted above) are making their presence felt. The current atmosphere screams, "Please, come to Las Vegas and lose your money, but don't expect to be treated like an Adult!!" Las Vegas, or more specifically, CLARK COUNTY, is being systematically CHILD PROOFED in an effort to ensure that 9 year olds OF ALL AGES will not be offended in any way. Traditional FAMILY VALUES such as gambling, drinking, smoking, in-room strippers, swingers clubs, etc., continue to flourish while events such as ours, where only those over 21 may attend, and no-one is fooled into thinking they're at a family church service, continue to come under intense pressure. As we are all well aware, it is not difficult to hire someone (or find a "volunteer") to be offended IN ANY SITUATION. While there have been no problems in the past, that doesn't stem the flow of innuendo and misinformation from the "DO GOODER" crew. Recent changes in the CLARK COUNTY STATUTES, specifically targeting our event, have made life in Las Vegas even more CHILDISH. Therefore, we provide for your information (and to COVER OUR ASSES), the following legal descriptions of what will continue to be UNACCEPTABLE behavior at the event, as well as the new child safe regulations of the newly modified, and ever worsening, local PURITANICAL CODE.

CLARK COUNTY CODE SECTION 8.20.020 PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING DEFINITIONS:

1) Nude/Nudity. "Nude" or "nudity" means the showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or anus with less than a fully opaque covering, or the showing of the male genitals in a discernibly turgid state, whether covered or not. For the purposes of this definition, "fully opaque covering" does not include pasties, latex paint, or hair pieces.

2) Topless/Topless Activity. "Topless/topless activity" means the showing of the female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola with less than a fully opaque covering.

3) Lewd/lewd activity means:

    a) The showing or display of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, or anus with less than a fully opaque covering, or the showing of the covered male genitals in a discernibly turgid state for the purposes of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of any person;

    b) The touching of one's own or another person's clothed or unclothed human male or female genitals, pubic area, anus, or female breast(s) for the purposes of arousing or gratifying the sexual desire of any person. The applicable exception to this subsection (b) is the following: (i) An individual may touch her own clothed female breast(s).

    c) Any actual act of sexual intercourse, while clothed or unclothed, that includes, but may not be limited to any of the following types of contact; genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, with or between persons of the same sex or opposite sex, any actual act of masturbation, or any actual or simulated act of bestiality or sadomasochistic abuse. For the purpose of this definition, "fully opaque covering" does not include latex paint, pasties, or hair pieces.
